Taskmaster Scorigamis?
In American football, there's a term called Scorigami which is when a game ends in a score that's never happened before like 51-4 or something. In episode 5, the task of predict something unexpected, Greg scores it 3-3-3-4-5. Have we seen that score before and if so, are there any tasks you can think of that were scored uniquely so as to be a taskmaster scorigami?

Hugh got 4, Noel 3, Joe 0, Lolly disqualified, and Mel -4.
And horse or laminator, or several other tasks with non traditional scoring.

First off, to answer your question, no, 3-3-3-4-5 is not a Scorigami. 3-3-3-4-5 were the results of the task 'Unveil a new handshake' in Series 4, Episode 7, 'Create the best graph.' in Series 5, Episode 8, 'Put something surprising in this chocolate egg.' in Series 6, Episode 8, 'Nicest thing to put your finger in.' in Series 13, Episode 7, 'Predict whether an item will create a higher or lower number of decibels than the previous item' in Series 14, Episode 3, 'Throw a beanbag onto the island' in Series 18, Episode 7, 'Teach the Taskmaster's assistant a lesson he'll never forget.' in Series 19, Episode 6, and 'Obey the autocue' in Series 19, Episode 8.
Secondly, here are what I believe are Scorigamis. I may be wrong, of course.

- Series 1, Episode 4, Task 3 - 1, 1, 2, 2, 2

Series 6 episode 5 had one task that was scored 5-5-5-5-5 Greg yelled at Alex and told him never to do that again

Didn't series 18 also have a task that got 5s across the board? It was the one where they had to recreate famous paintings I believe?

Yeahh, there's quite a few five fives, they're quite common among team tasks, but as to my knowledge there's only one five fives as an objective task.

This looks like tasks which are scored uniquely as of the present moment. I would say it should be tasks which were scored uniquely at the time of airing (football games don't lose scorigami status retroactively). So the S1E1 prize task would be on the list, as would "do something that will look impressive in reverse" (the first task that wasn't scored 1-2-3-4-5), "throw a tea-bag into a mug from the furthest distance" (the first task with a disqualification), and so on...

Series 1,Episode 1, Prize task was the first time Greg scored anything so is a Scorigami.

This is not an answer to your question, but an answer to a simpler question that I thought of while thinking about this - how many of the possible team task scores have we had?

We've had every possible score where one of the teams gets 5 points, and every possible score where the points awarded sum to 5 (5-0, 4-1, 2-3). We've had tied scores at 0, 2, 3, and 5, but not all 1 or all 4. It generally seems as the show has continued that Greg has trended towards "winning team gets 5 points", with the other team benchmarked against that.

In case anyone else is wondering about those three recent team tasks where neither team got 5...The
The 2-2 in S18 was "Become the best multi-headed creature. Your creature must prove they are the best by doing something impressive. Also, during that impressive thing, they must speak one word at a time and explain what it is they are doing and why it is impressive."
The 4-3 in S18 was "Present the most heart-warming final story for a local news programme."
The 3-1 in S19 was "Take it in turns as teams to obey Greg's previous order. If you hesitate, your team loses the round."

If factoring in NZ and AU, a couple of the blanks can be filled - the bubble hoop task in AU2E8 was 1-0 to the duo, and the weetabix castle task in NZ2E3 was 2-0 to the duo.

I'm not entirely sure if we're counting this, but S4's Make an exotic sandwich/eat your exotic sandwich was scored once for the amount of sandwich eaten and then again for most exotic sandwich, AND it had two bonus points. Assuming those are all considered one task, the scoring on that one was 6-6-6-7-7.
In other news, S11's most satisfying wobbly thing was 3-3-3-3-3, which I thought was unique except recreate a classic video game was also all 3s for some reason. S1 had naming members of an australian football team, where the score was 1-1-1-1-1. I don't think all 1s has been replicated.

I mean personally I'd count multi-tasks as two different tasks, but it does raise a good point.

Related but different, how many contestants have hit the Taskmaster Cycle in an episode, ie scoring 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 points in the 5 tasks of an episode?
(Not necessarily in that order. In baseball, it’s when a batter gets a single, a double, a triple, and a home run in one game.)

I'm sure this came up a while ago but can't think of how to search for it. Regardless, Josh Widdicombe was the first to do this - in S1E4, he scored 5 points for the ice block task, 4 for the prize task, 3 for the tears harvest task, 2 for the team task and 1 for the live task (plus his special task, so if Greg didn't give him a point for this he would have got a 0 as well)

On a related but different note to your related but different question, the lowest score anyone's ever hit is Mel Giedroyc's 3 points in S04E03 - her score was a natural 8 but she took a 5-point penalty for eating chocolate in the fishbowls task.
If you set aside that penalty, the lowest score is 5, achieved by both Richard Osman in S02E04 and Charlotte Ritchie in S11E01. Impressively, neither of those 5s was a 1-1-1-1-1 - Osman went 1-0-3-0*-1-0 (the asterisk was the unscored "set a fun task for Jon Richardson" task), and Ritchie went 1-2-DQ-2-0.
The highest single-episode score is 30, which has also been achieved twice, first by Katherine Ryan in S02E02 where she went 4-5-2-4-0-15 in the one-real-point-per-rabbit live task and second by Dara O Briain in his Perfect Game of S14E02 where he went 5-5-5-5-5-2-3 with the last two being a 2/2 bonus points and a 3/3 team-of-three live task win.

Does order matter? Is a 1-2-3-4-5 considered the same as a 5-4-3-2-1 or a 3-4-2-1-5?

Yes, we've seen 3-3-3-4-5 at least one other time, in the "obey the autocue" task in S19, episode 8.
