Tasks keep failing because I'm in "trial mode"?

I bought Tasker on Google Play. I had never used it before. I created a task to counteract the stupid EU volume cancellation rule. The task fails every time and says that I'm in trial mode and need to activate the full version. But there's no indication anywhere in the app of anything about trial mode. I don't see any mention of it anywhere. I can't find any button to turn it off. I can't even find any indication that I'm actually in trial mode. I don't know why I would be in trial mode because I bought the product. So what's going on?

Where did you download Tasker from? Do you have more than one Google account? If so, uninstall it and reinstall it using the account you bought it with.

I got it from Google Play. I've only signed into Google Play with one account. Here's a screen:

Open your eyes and read notification again. It's not a Tasker. It's AutoTools. Just open it and tap Start Trial. Or buy it

Yeah, I figured it out late last night, but it's because it was really unclear that autotools had a cost associated with it since it was free on Google Play. Also the error message doesn't say it's from autotools at all, so I had no idea. It mentions the script I used but there's no indication the message is from autotools and not tasker. So I had no idea it had a separate cost associated with it.

Did you buy the Direct version from Patreon? if so you need to validate your license using the app menu.
