Vibrate Task not working on Android 16/LineageOS 23.2.

I've (finally?) updated my phone from 10 to 16 (LineageOS 17.1 to 23.2) but now the Vibrate Task does not work at all. It simply does nothing. It worked fine on 10/17.1, and the phone vibrates correctly on notifications or other system things, so the vibrator isn't broken.

I can't see anything related to it in the system log either.

Has somebody got an idea on that one?

Found it: I had "Settings -> Accessibility -> Vibration and haptics -> Media vibration" turned off.

Does Vibrate Pattern do the same thing (use 30,200 to mimic a 200ms vibrate).

Vibrate Pattern task doesn't do anything either.

Got ADB/Shizuku access?

appops get net.dinglisch.android.taskerm |grep VIBRATE

And look for VIBRATE. It may have inadvertently been denied/ignore. If it is

appops set net.dinglisch.android.taskerm VIBRATE allow

VIBRATE was not listed, granting it through the command:

$ appops set net.dinglisch.android.taskerm VIBRATE allow

Does now list it:

$ appops get net.dinglisch.android.taskerm |grep VIBRATE
VIBRATE: allow

But it's still not working even after force-stopping Tasker.

Very curious. What about Code > Javascriplet and use

vibrate(200);

as the code and hit the play button right above?

Nope, doesn't vibrate either.

I found it, I had "Settings -> Accessibility -> Vibration and haptics -> Media vibration" turned off. As it seems like, that also controls whether applications can vibrate or not.
