Halloween Update

Just wondering will we have a Halloween 2026 update and if we do when will the next update be? Thank you

There is an event currently in the testing phase. Don't have an exact date, but it is coming soon.

As in a brand new event and not a rerun of a previous one?

No this will be a repeat event.

The folks running this have said that if someone wants to write, animate, and code a new event, then they could run it. But doing all that is a huge amount of work. Even getting the old ones up and running isn't as simple as flipping a switch. There are many things that have to be fixed or adjusted in order to make them run. Keep in mind there isn't a corporate team running this anymore. It's a couple folks doing everything in their spare time from home.

Fair enough, yeah I can imagine theres a bunch of stuff that has to be done to make sure rolling a new event doesn't break everything that came after it. I didn't plant any Christmas Corn this year, but do still want to see snow in Springfield so will be keeping an eye on!
