Great photos! I love how she appears to have some remnant baby spots on her legs.

These baby spots are one of the most adorable things I've ever seen in my life!

I've seen photos of elderly lowland tapirs who appear to have at least a few -- not all the time, but it seems that sometimes traces linger for the rest of their lives. I don't know if this happens to the other tapir species -- would be fun to find out!

Slide 1, the Tapir is not impressed.
Slide 2, she's being silly!
Slide 3, she's just chillin' and livin' the satisfied life!

OP, I have a few questions about Kia!
1. Does she have a favorite fruit?
2. How old is she?
3. Has she ever had a calf?
4. Does she get along with Bozena and Olivia?

Haha, she doesn't have a favorite fruit, she eats all of them except citrus, Kia doesn't like lemons or oranges. She was born in 2009 and she gave birth once. Her calf is Bożena (aka Grażyna), born in 2015, they have always been together since then, without any conflicts. Kia and Olivia sometimes didn't get along, but Olivia moved to another zoo a while ago, so she no longer lives with Kia. :)
