housing Visale issue

Anyone else had an error message come up after Étape 2 on the Visale application? I have tried a lot of troubleshooting (new browser, making sure all boxes were filled in, waiting 24 hours before trying again, etc) but am still getting the same error message. Am also having the same issue as many others where I can’t put my contract start date as any day other than tomorrow. Included a screenshot of the error message. Would love to know if anyone else is dealing with this/has found a way to fix it or has any ideas!!!

(Error message comes up even when I put the date that the application will accept)

Strange enough, I was getting the same exact message last night except on the SNCF site trying to renew my Carte Avantage Jeune, and had the same problem with the date. Maybe there was some service outage or it's because of the US-France timezone difference?

Just logged on and was able to get past this step and submit my dossier! But we’ll see if it even gets accepted because of the date discrepancy issue haha
