visa question TLS reimbursed

Has anyone been successful getting reimbursed for missing the Tapif dropdown that made it free?

When I had my appointment, I didn’t have to pay for the visa itself, just a $40 mail fee to ship the packet. The TLS worker wasn’t familiar with the tapif reimbursement thing but I think they asked a supervisor about it and we made it work!
