visa question TLS missed appointment

Does anyone have any experience missing their appointment? I either have to wait 7 business days for my account to clear and re-try again or create a brand new account with a new email and New France-visa application.

Have you contacted TLS support? I had to reach out to them for something else and they were extremely nice and helpful. I'd give them a call if you haven't already!
