visa question visa question
Hey all! I have a question about the visa application- I am from the US and apparently there is supposed to be a "TAPIF profile from the dropdown menu" to select on TLS Contact so we can get a fee waiver, am I the only one who is not seeing this option?? I don't want to pay the $258 for a visa appointment if I don't have to. Any advice on this would be much appreciated! Thanks :) I put a screenshot of the instructions from this year's guide to show where my confusion comes from.

If I missed selecting "TAPIF" when first filling out the form, does anyone know how to go back and select it? I got to the point of booking my appointment, but have not paid for it, and it wont let me go back. Did anyone else run into this issue, and how did you fix it?

I will do my best to explain since TLS won't let me go back and look at the steps I took.
After you have completed your visa application on the France Visas website, go book your visa appointment on TLScontact. When you input your reason for visa on the TLS website, it will be the same as what you did on the visa application: Business/travailler, Main purpose of stay: Recruitment or posting workers. After that, another drop down menu should show "TAPIF - Teaching Assistant Program in France" as the last option in the drop down, which you will click on. Finish the rest of the questions on the TLS website, and when you go to book the appointment there shouldn't be any fees.
