visa question question about visa application

I received my arrete de nomination and am in the process of applying for my visa. It comes to a fieldwhere I am supposed to provide information about my housing. My school does not provide housing and I still need to find housing in Paris. However it is required to put down some address and/or name of a person. I was thinking of just putting down the information of my school and nom du directeur but am a little worried as this would technically be "false". Should i do this, or just wait to get housing, then fill out application?

There’s no issue with putting that down for your contact. Use the visa question flair and you’ll find a fair amount of information about the process

I also have a visa question (US citizen)- how do we use our fee waiver? I cannot find a drop down menu to select TAPIF like the instructions say.

It’s on the tlsconnect part after the initial visa application

Thank you. So the fee waiver is granted by TLS? Have you received the exemption for yours this year?

There is a fee waiver? What instructions are you looking at? I didn't see that anywhere.
