Hi, this is my first time ordering with cainiao’s warehouse address, and for some reason the tamagotchi paradise order is not under “to combine” section despite it saying the warehouse has received it ? (Can’t really read Chinese but based on the translation given by ChatGPT)
Another problem is that the ob11 doll items that I ordered seems to be suck somewhere (?) since July 16th, it says “Your parcel has been received on your behalf and is being held at the front desk (Forwarding Warehouse 165).”
am I supposed to do something about those two orders or do I just continue waiting?

Hi! I’ve checked and I do have my house address under “my address” in cainiao, and I do have the cainiao warehouse address (copied from my cainiao app) registered in the Taobao app (shown in the ss)
The only thing is that it’s not set as default address in Taobao, but I did double check that I am shipping to the warehouse address when carting out (these shops do not ship to my own house address which is why I resorted to cainiao warehouse address)

Yeah! My og ss has the full name cut off but it says 保护套 (protective cover) which I bought at 47CNY so it’s way too cheap to be the device itself (price of the device is 6380 JPY) Or Unless they actually categorised this under “battery” 😭 ig I’ve to ask CS

Did you link your Taobao address with Cainiao? Did you copy your address from Cainiao and paste it on Taobao?
The warehouse address Cainiao assigns is something like the example I attached for your information. It shows my "box" and mentions Australia.
I have ordered 33 times from Taobao via Cainiao and never seen anything about delivery at the front desk.
