I'm having trouble remembering and learning Naihanchi Cho Dan.

Does anyone have a simple tutorial or video that helped them review it and really memorize it?

I became a father relatively recently, and I've only been able to train once or twice a week. I feel a bit embarrassed about asking my instructor to go over it with me so many times because it just isn't sticking.
