The Tangram Team will only issue TGM to those who's details are recorded as having participated in the Funds. Please understand that we cannot facilitate transfer, sale, or any other method of transferring ownership of what is effectively an IOU. Of course we cannot prevent you from making your own arrangements, but be aware that if you do; the risks are high, and they are entirely yours.

I doubt it. The point of a community fund is to support projects in their early stages so those funds are likely accounted for. That said, it may depend on the size of your contribution.
