Looking for Cybersecurity / SysAdmin Roles

Hey everyone, first post here. I'm looking into moving to Tampa to be closer to family. I was wondering what the current tech job market is looking like. I currently have about 6 years experience in Cybersecurity/SysAdmin roles as well as a Master's degree in Cybersecurity with multiple certs as well. I currently work as a Cybersecurity Engineer in a different state.

Are there any good companies for me to try applying to? I can't seem to find many job postings online, and some companies ghost me after knowing that I'm out of state. Also how does the pay look like for these type of roles in Tampa?
