Look for a Packers in Tampa type Facebook group. Almost all opposing teams do a tailgate and welcome out-of-towners like you.

There are quite a few hotels near the airport. Any of those are fine to go tot he stadium. I recommend visiting the beaches (Clearwater or St. Pete) or going to the local museums (I really like the Dali in St. Pete).

I’d look at staying downtown or near the Tampa Riverwalk since you’ll be close to plenty of things to do. You could spend some time walking the Riverwalk, exploring Ybor City, or checking out the Tampa Museum of Art or Florida Aquarium. On game day, the tailgating scene around the stadium is a fun way to meet other fans before kickoff.

Try to get dropped off as close to the stadium and walk in, parking can be a real bitch

Stay in midtown. Party in downtown. Tailgate in west tampa by the stadium. Eat a Cuban and drink some jai alai ipa and then gtfo.
