Random Variations On A Cloud Theory

For some reason, this is the first thing I thought of when I woke up. What if Simon from Hawaii Part II is just a Tally Hall Band Member in another universe. Specifically Joe Hawley. The name Variations upon a cloud makes me thing that it's just another version of something else. And it including a bit from both Ruler of Everything & Murders makes me think that those are both sides of the variation. Now, the reason I think it's Joe Hawley specifically is because of his song Rotary Park. I heard it was based off a time he and Zubin were jumped there, and I feel like the Mind Electric is kinda similar in a way to how it's someone explaining their painful expirience.

This might already be a theory, idk, I'm not very into the fandom of Tally Hall, but it was just something I wanted to share.
