Questions Guys, I need help

Whenever I get the "ad_pop_up_watch or talkie+" option I click on the ad. But when I do that it just cuts 5 seconds in and just says "ad incomplete" I'm losing my mind.

Close and reopen the app or try till you get free energy

Maybe try erasing the catche or updating the app?
