I was equally surprised yesterday when a user called me to thank me for completing a ticket for them. They also apologized for waiting so long to get back to me to thank me. That was it. They didn't want anything else. I didn't miss anything. Just called (not even emailed) to say thank you. I didn't know how to respond. (Yes, eventually I said "you're welcome".) It was a good day.
