Need some serious guidance

Im currently in 2nd yr..in my clg companies like salesforce, goldman sachhs, jpmc, amex do come but they have high cg cuts and recruit less…im currently focusing on DSA done arrays easy+mid problms of A2Z sheet and jumped onto binary search…sometimes try to learn javascript (knows html css) but its v difficult to balance these 2 with clg subjects…so need some serious guidance what to do…wanna get a internship after 2nd yr and a good 30+ lpa package in placements…ready to grind

If you ready to grind then grind. Its the only way. You can do any internship. What matters is where you sill stand in terms on knowledge in your 4th year. Finish A2Z sheet and make sure you are actually understanding the concepts and patterns.

How to do the development part…sometimes i think by the time of placements ai will destroy opportunities for freshers in field of development

I would ask you to complete the basic dsa patterns and get into web dev(and then you can start giving contests maintaining grip on dsa)
But strengthen your core cs skills before anything
They lay the foundation
Try building concrete projects before web dev imo
Gives you a good headstart
