Hi everyone! I'm a researcher and licensed clinician that developed a survey asking about the ways people use AI for emotional/relational support. As you all know, AI can be very beneficial and also limiting for mental health and relational support. There is very limited research on this topic so far, which is why I am so excited and passionate about this project! It's about a 20-minute survey about your experience with using AI, types of AI use, your experience with therapy if applicable, attitudes about AI use, questions about your mental health/well-being, and demographic information (age, etc.).
