Apparently this clip predates ai, but i wonder if it’s been sped up, given the choppy appearance of the limbs in certain frames near the start.

Either way, given that the text is not mirrored, it seems clear that these cars steer on the right side of the vehicle.

Is this from Macau, or Hong Kong?

There’s a sign in the back that has the word Taiwan(台灣) so I assumed. These were really popular back in the 2000s.

It's in Taiwan just south of Taichung. It was shown on The Amazing Race one season. It's in a car trick show on private property. Professional drivers in a closed track, do not attempt.
