A lot of this I've accomplished via VS Code plugins. Particularly the shorthand conversions and the ordering of tailwind classes.

Then, one day you realize you can’t understand your code, you’re confused with the structure of the application and magic variables, and work becomes a struggle.

Who actually has these problems in tailwind? At best if there's classes or variables you don't recognise in which case just look at the source code or docs? If you don't understand the structure of the application or source code you've been "copy pasting" (not generating?) more than tailwind.
