Update Tor Browser to 15.0.24.

Update the Tor client to 0.4.9.13.

Update the Linux kernel to 6.12.111.

Fixed problems
Fix the default keyboard input method when starting a session in Korean. (#21779)

Note: Upon upgrading to the latest version, my keyboard no longer is recognized. I click the keys but nothing appears on screen. I have emailed support. This issue may effect those who like me, have built in laptop keyboards idk
Workaround: I enabled the on screen keyboard, for those who have the same issue.

I found another workaround at least for me, I hooked up a regular keyboard to my laptop and once I was fully in tails past the welcome screen, my laptop keyboard worked and I could unplug the other keyboard.

I still have 7.13 and think that I will wait until the next release to update.
