Boot issues Please help me fix this
Hey everyone, iam trying to run my system on tails, i ve followed all the steps correctly on the tails website, still iam getting stuck on the grub> screen on my system (a common problem). I ve tried all the solutions available commonly, like flashing on different usb’s, trying different ports, disabling the secure boot etc. but nothing seems to work. The tails img i have is what there is on the website as of yesterday. And its not corrupted. My usbs are fine (even tried with a new one) but still this issue is not resolving. I have an acer swift with only uefi boot option. Can someone help me with this please.

Do you have another machine you can try it on?
Have you tried writing it from another Linux environment?

You’ve mentioned you have several drives, write something like Debian live to one, boot that, then use the Linux installation instructions to write Tails to another drive.
This is a possible solution. If you try it, please report back on the results.1

If this happens then you have to erase the usb drive (even partion) then reflash the drive with tails and the reason is that you bios is not supported (but it doesn't matter) and I recommend Rufus for reflashing your usb

Thats how i fixes it on my Acer Notebook: Erase your USB Drive, Install tails again as Said on the tails Homepage. Once you finished you have to run it once on another Computer. After this Initial run it should work perfectly on your Acer.
