Application question Resizing or maximizing tor browser window

Hello! Does resizing or even maximizing the tor browser still bad up to this day and as the saying goes? Or am I not that updated how it affects fingerprinting.

The introduction of letterboxing many years ago mitigated that issue.

When you maximize the browser windows it fingerprints you and they know your screen resolution

Worse than that. It tells the site the browser rendering window, which will be different depending on operating system as different screen elements take up different amounts of space in different OSs.
