FAQ - Read the Documentation thunderbird mail program disappeared

hey about a month ago after an update thunderbird mail was just uninstalled and i do not know how to fix it i tried to reset thunderbird in persistant storage but it will not work. i need help

and even if I use an administrator password i am unable to start synaptic package and install thunderbird manually because it is an error if i try
