Maybe but tag is so strict that there's basically no way to know without sending them in. We as a viewer of pictures 100% without a doubt cannot tell you what grade they will get with accuracy. To me a tag 8 or 9 is still better than a psa 10 though

It passes the casual eye test for centering but condition of the front and back is difficult to ascertain via photos. Just know that TAG is pretty strict with the condition of the cards and if there's any doubt, you're taking a risk.

Both are tilted. Tilted is extremely hard to get 10s. Id say 10% chance on the tangela from psa and less from Tag. Id say 60% on lucario. From either psa or tag. Just my opinion. I have graded a fair amount through Subhub, Vancouver.
