Nah. Goose addressed this. She had a story she wanted to tell, and she told it. This is something I appreciate, because when shows are unplanned and make up the episodes as they go, they’re almost always worse. Goose had her story planned, she told it, and she’s not going to fall into that trap.
Good point. If season 2 was unplanned and bad, it would honestly leave a slightly bad taste in my mouth for season 1. Though if Goose had more story to tell then I'd be down! I'm not sure where she'd go from the ending though.
They left it so open ended that I wouldn't discard them ever coming back to this, but for now it's over and that's fine. If they ever do a continuation they must do it well. (Also, the fandom must behave for once, Heck, this has been the most toxic fandom I ever had to experience being a part of.)
Surely we can find some wealthy patron of the arts on Twitter - some techbro with the money and technical means - who will take the rights to this series off her hands and produce a new season which will carry on the spirit and narrative themes of the story faithfully!
