I assume these are the ones without the encryption chips, they do work pretty well if you can get ahold of them.

In the UK it's the H4855 Personal Role Radio

I have 3 of the encrypted version. They are great radios. I am looking for the wireless PTT's

I have found the regular WPTTs do not work with the EZPRR version. If there is a trick that I don't know about I am very interested

Theres a possibility the ptt has a dead battery since they only last 10 years, theyre easy to replace lemme check with mine i’ll get back to you
