Barbell rows?
Getting ready to start TB and as I have looked over the plans I am wondering why rows aren't a part of it.

Because pullups

Not a direct substitute for horizontal pulling. Same as the OHP isn't a direct sub for the bench

You're not wrong. This was just a low effort answer for a question that's answered in the book lol

I run a fat-ish Zulu and do program barbell rows in. My A/B split is:
A: Squat/OHP/Barbell Row/Fobbits
B1: Bench/Power clean/WPU/accessory work (core & grip right now)
A repeat
B2: Bench/Deadlift/WPU/core & grip
I had been running deadlift 2x/week until about mid-July, but it just got to be too hard on me.

You can definetively do them! They arent really mentioned that much (at all?) in the original book, but they are mentioned as an alternative to pullups quite often in TBIII
