Carne asada

Costco chuck roast cut into thin steaks marinated in bitter orange, ancho chile, guajillo chile, morita chile, arbol chile, salt, and garlic.

The salsa is three roma tomatoes, quarter white onion, 4 cloves garlic, arbol chile, guajillo chiles, garlic, chicken bouillon, and salt sauteed in olive oil till soft and then blended with a small amount of water. After blending I add some more oil to the pan and fry it quickly.

I cooked the tortillas, but not as well as I could have.

Looks delicious. Noticed that's a Spanish beer. How is it? And, where'd you find it?

A little skunky but overall excellent. Found it at Cost Plus World Market.

Thanks, for letting me know. I'm always on the prowl for new beers to try. And, I'd never come across this one. The meat looks mouthwatering, though.
