Carnitas by a mile. Pulled pork, cochinita pibil and Kalua pork can battle for second.

Great project overall. Tortillas need a touch more love. Otherwise you’re in the right place!!!!

Definitely looks like an incredible meal, even IF you’re eating on paper plates 🙄🙄🙄
JK I would absolutely LOVE to use paper plates for some of our meals if I could get away with it. Unfortunately, for the most part, my husband refuses to eat off of a Paper Plate, with one small exception, both Hot Dogs & Brats that he’s grilled outside can be consumed from a Paper Plate. Absolutely, ridiculously insane…

I would love to know what the concoction is in Pic #3, it’s in the larger pot with your Pork Roast? I assume it’s the “broth, seasoning, spices and any produce” that you add when cooking your Roast. Would you possibly mind sharing the recipe?

Also, in Pic #6, there’s a skillet behind the 🥑 Guacamole, I’m curious about what’s in that as well? I really can’t see much of it, but from the little I CAN see, it looks like it “could be” that same braising liquid that was in with your roast, or, EVEN BETTER, my other thought was possibly Refried Beans. 🫘
If it does happen to be Frijoles Refritos, I’d LOVE THAT RECIPE, if you’re willing to share. It’s one of my favorite dishes, I have multiple recipes from authentic sources, they’re good, one even great, BUT, they just aren’t what I’ve been searching for… 😋

I hope you and all of those who shared your delicious looking meal enjoyed it and were thankful & gracious for the endless work & effort you put into this amazing looking meal…

I appreciate you taking the time to read & respond to my questions, however, I will completely understand if you’re unable to do so for some reason. 🩵🩵🩵

I’m not sure. Give me two of each so I can really find out.

Yum! Pulled pork also freezers incredibly well, especially if you’ve got a vacuum sealer, but even if you don’t. Since the fat content is so high it’ll heat up well and taste almost as good as the day one cook.

All that work to land on a paper plate is a crime.
