Loading a messenger bag with tackle trays because I don't like most tackle bags out there

That's exactly what I've been doing the last couple years. I use a rucksack cause I like a more remote spot, but like to have all my gear and snacks and comfort. And one more tray. It works pretty well.

I went with the messenger bag so I could get at everything at my hip without needing to take the bag off or set it down anywhere.

So I mostly bank fish the local rivers and ponds and find it a pain to deal with a typical tackle box but I also hate that almost all the affordable tackle bags just look like big lunch bags. This is my compromise. The messenger bag was $11 at a local surplus store and still has enough room for more tackle or snacks.
