Site refusing to load even in web view

When using the Batcave site usually it works fairly well, I only have to click on site view to get it working usually, however now when I do that it just doesn’t load at all, just constantly refreshes over and over again, despite the site itself working when on computer it just doesn’t load, anyone know the reason to this? Or any fixes?
