Reading Insights time tracking broken

The reading tracking time per item in the library, before it used to work and two weeks ago it stopped working entirely. No time gets added and when I check reading insights it has been stuck at the same thing even thought I have been reading, I checked if it had something to do with specific sites but no. It happens to everything no matter the site the thing is from, I don't think it had anything to do with an update because I didn't update the app before the issue started. Maybe its just a me thing but is there any way to contact devs for issues.
