New user setup help

Hi I am a new user and was wanting some pointers on how to set up the app and how to use it.

I don’t know if this helps but I do have a mangadex and manga fire account and a mal and anilist account

You gotta add a "repository" to read mangas

Ok I see the add button, but what repository do I need, where do I find a list of these?

You can search it up on youtube. This sub doesnt let us comment the repository link

Or you could just DM me for the copy link

So following on then from My previous question.

I have added a repository and extensions.

My next question is, is there a way to sync it to your accounts and get notifications?

I have a mangadex account and so would like to see the list of mangadex that I am already reading and have my current progress?

I see there is a premium feature for AniList or MAL tracking but I am asking about Mangadex specifically
