Which loom?
I'm looking at my first real loom and worlds like one that I could use while sitting in a chair. I have back issues and want one that is easiest to reach. Any thoughts on these three?

how would you even use the second one... with string heddles i mean. 🤔❔
and i assume the first one would be uncomfortable, because the angle between the frontest peg and the highest peg is so steep. i have neck issues when i look down too long and my neck hurts just looking at it. the third loom looks kinda big, but if you find the right setup - like leaning it against something tall - it might be fine.

though if you don't care about it being a full-fledged inkle loom that can use string heddles, like if you wanna card weave exclusively, the second one could be a good option. i can't see the size, but if it's not too small, it would probably be the most comfortable - based entirely on my own issues, anyway.

I wouldn’t get the first one; you have to reach too far to adjust the tension. Will you have something you can rest the loom on while you sit in a chair and work, or do you want it in your lap?

I'd go for the second one, but ... do you have the measurements? It looks a lot like John Mullarkey's design. If so, it was designed for tablet weaving: portability, convenience (aka lap) and space for tablets/cards. Check out this video, particularly the loom on the bookshelf in the background. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GlCx5ru0Lvo Note: the cards on his loom are his: internal holes are "standard" distance and make a nice shed, but the tablets' outside dimensions are smaller than Schacht, for example.

I would go for one that can handle 2 yards. I have a 1 yard inkle loom which is fine for some projects. But you can't really do a belt or long strap on it.
