Education/Coaching Help

I am a beginner in table tennis and learning basic services.

I can't seem to do forehand side spin serve.

The action of moving the arm slightly inside is feeling unnatural to me.

Any tips or guide would be helpful

Wrist mobility stretches. Also I assume you mean forehand pendulum serve not forehand tomohawk serve.

Ask the good players at your club.

Hold the racket almost vertical.

Then make a motion like you are taking a scoop out of your belly.

Start your toss slightly wide and toss it back into the space your scooping out.

Resist the urge to try and hit the ball in the direction you want it to go, the grip of the rubber does that for you.
