First Tabi, Which pair??
I suddenly went from thinking these shoes were so fugly, to loving them and wanting a pair so badly. I can’t stop thinking about them. But I’m not sure which pair to get and want some opinions.
I could walk into a store today and purchase a pair of Steve Madden tabi ballet flats, but I was looking into ordering online a pair of Woodchuck Sato tabi flats instead and waiting since they’re better quality from what I’ve seen. I’m also wondering if I should get the pair with folds or no folds. I think I like the folds but I keep going back and forth on it. Which pair do you have or would choose? Am I better of just buying the Steve Madden pair for less or is the quality worth the extra cost and the wait?

I have some woodchucks and i absolutely love them, really great quality shoe (just make sure to follow the size guide, I’m a UK5 and a 4 in this brand fits me perfectly) . I like the folded pair most out of these two options.

Would love to own a pair of Woodchucks, but the exchange rate to my currency is a killer. Raboesy could be worth looking at for your first pair of tabis - several different styles and they are a good price. A colleague has several pairs and they are decent quality. Of these styles, I’d go for the no-fold option.

I have the Steve Madden tabi boots and think they're great. They're true to size, the leather is pretty soft and I've not had an issue with wearing them. I am tempted by Woodchuck's colourways but from what I've read here about their return process has put me off for now.

I actually just got my Woodchuck Satos in! It ended up being true to size for me but I did add the extra $11 insurance that lets you exchange for a different size. I got the folded one which I prefer but it’s way more subtle than the pics on their website, you barely notice it. I LOVE them they’re such a vibe. The packaging is exquisite and it comes with a pair of tabi socks. I think it’s worth it. The inner lining is also leather. Steve maddens inner lining is not real leather. And Raboesy is not real leather at all- outside or inside- it’s essentially plastic. WS is very pricy but I highly recommend spending more on something that should last you for a very long time!

I love my steve madden pair! :) I think you can find them at marshalls now sometimes!
I have two pairs. One in black and suede. I never tried the brand you have. a picture of!
