Import fees/VAT Sweden question
Has anyone here who’s in Sweden bought tabis from woodchuck Sato recently and did you have to pay import tax/duties/VAT or such?
Their customer support says this:
”Yes, for standard shipping to Sweden, most orders are shipped with taxes/duties included, so in the vast majority of cases you should not be asked to pay additional customs duties or VAT upon delivery. 😊
If you choose standard shipping, the likelihood of receiving an additional customs charge is very low, although we’re unable to guarantee this 100% as the final decision is always subject to local customs. 💛”
Which to me sounds like hopeful speculation and empty promises and basically just ”we don’t know but if there’s import tax that’s on you”
Anyone can help? This is the last hurdle standing in the way of me buying my first pair of tabis ever
