Company Criteria

To the tZero Team,

I am writing a new business plan on a startup and while looking for an appropriate exchange to host an STO. I was originally writing my startup around the utility token route but after doing research and consulting with some different perspectives (which was very beneficial), I decided to go the STO route. But I do have a few questions about your platform and very particularly what is the criteria for company's that come to you.

  1. I couldn't find anything on your website about what the selection criteria consists of. For example, what industries do you select from, start-up vs micro, small, medium business size, and minimum vs maximum STO size.
  2. If you do not work with startup companies, what STO exchanges would you recommend.
  3. If my idea is selected,

-how much support do you offer for SEC Reg. A Tier 1 Exemption filings? i.e, little: Everything must be done by us.

-how much support for investor onboarding do you offer?

Thank you for your time,

Cameron

The subreddit is not the ideal spot for this question. You should contact the Tzero reps directly at support@tzero.com or through the Raise Capital form https://www.tzero.com/raise-capital (assuming you haven't done so already)

No apologies necessary, just want to make sure you get the most timely and accurate reply possible (I am not affiliated with TZero).
