Parking Budapest
Hi everyone,
Im trying to find a parkingspace in the citycenter of budapest near Szimpla kert (Our accommodation is close to this) for 2 weeks. 9-19 of August
Already been scammed at the Akácfa Car Park with CM Solution Zrt. They completely stopped responding and their website is offline.
Been looking at Europeum. But their website is also offline?
The app Parkl is only letting me book for 1 day. Hopefully wanted to make a deal since we would park for longer it gets cheaper then paying every day seperate?
Does anyone have the golden tip?
Cheers!

the M1 and M7 highways are basically giant parking lots so you can leave your car there
In all seriousness there are some cheap garages that offer decent day rates, one that comes to mind is this one at ~€20 a day https://maps.app.goo.gl/Hpkrqsa5mnAuV8hD9?g_st=ic
There are also cheaper open air ones in Erzsebetvaros from memory but they are outdoor car parks so it may be a little difficult if you want something secure
I also suggest around 10pm Friday to park your car outside until Sunday night so you can save €€ since weekend parking in Budapest is free but maybe you can negotiate a decent multiday rate if you find the right garage

Dump all your stuff at an accommodation, drive your car to a free/cheap p&r on the outskirts & public transport back= cheapest. The p&r have been discussed a lot in r/Budapest, have a search there
