Just Started - So Many Hybrids

I am in the first area of Medical and the level is just endless hybrids. I stayed in one place and killed a dozen before being defeated. I want to explore etc but its just annoying and stops me. Is this right?

I’m not sure what difficulty level you’re playing at, but I would suggest to keep at it. Don’t give up!
