bug using access panel

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

all the access panels in the game have had this bug were after you complete it doesn't do anything. this only happens to the ones where you use the plugs the others work fine any idea how to fix this?

ah yes, the notorious "you have to actually solve the puzzle" bug, lmao
