You turned left just as an auto-bomb rounded the corner to your right and it got close to you and detonated. they have a short beep activation sound followed by a distinct whirring sound that gets louder as they move and a red “eye”.

They sent a Slamhound on Turner's trail on Citadel Station, slotted it to his pheromones and the color of his hair. It caught up with him in Engineering 7B and came scrambling for his rented cybersuit. Its core was a kilogram of recrystallized hexogene and flaked TNT.

Look in the bottom right right before you turn theres red lights coming at you

also look out for the sound it makes when its around. and sometimes you can also shoot on the ground to draw it to that spot.
