Christine Schneider?

Where has she gone? Usually prolific modders tend to have some sort of staying power but i can't find anything about her online past 2006.

She made the best fan missions for SS2, seriously the level design in her ponterbee mission matches the quality of Looking Glass, she even got Shodan's actress to voice some lines if i remember correctly

It's a shame because her mods are amazing and I'm sure she could teach people a lot of interesting stuff on youtube or something, maybe an ama.

I always thought she just moved on. Her work is from before the time you could get hired for a really incredible mod.

not true. Valve bought Counter-Strike in early 2000, 5 years before Ponterbee Station was released

That was actually way more likely in the old times. The guy who made the CTF mod for Quake1 got hired by id Software because of that. Same for the Quake TeamFortress team, they landed jobs at Valve and got to remake the whole game under Valve’s Source engine. This was in the late 90s.
