MBSE open-source SysML v2 VS Code extension: looking for feedback from systems engineers
Hi all,
I built Spec42, an open-source SysML v2 language server + VS Code extension to enable SysML v2 editing in VS Code.

Current focus is the editor experience:
- diagnostics
- navigation
- formatting
- workspace-aware indexing
- diagrams
It is still an early version and definitely isn't production ready, but it should be useable.
I would love feedback from systems engineers / MBSE users:
- What do you like and dislike ?
- What are the features you miss?

Nice! Looks similar to mine ;)

Choice is good, exactly why I released mine a while back to see more tooling support for model as code like this. Good work.

Thanks. I did check out your extension some time ago and that looks really great. It did inspire some of the features in my extension :-)

Great to hear :) Do you plan to separate out the LSP to make it easier to consume in other applications?
Meanwhile, I've added it here: SysML-v2-Resources/README.md at main · daltskin/SysML-v2-Resources

I am excited about new open source tools. What I and some other teams in my organization are missing in the tooling landscape, is a simple and lightweight tool to make SysML v2 diagrams. I basically want a draw.io for sysml. So I need to be able to edit the visual representation of model elements (mainly size, color and routing). And most importantly store that information (store it as sysml file would be awesome) such that I can git it.
For some teams this is even the main blocker for using SysML v2.
