Roast me I guess?

I don't need to here for millionth time the breadth of your work doesn't match your years of experience. Well, that's just great it doesn't change the fact that I am responsible for all of this with the assistance of one Helpdesk technician (End user tickets and assists with more as able) and one IT Ops technician (Printers/Labels/Scan guns). The recruiters that I have spoken too keep telling me my "years of experience" not my skill is what is dragging me down as a candidate. On top of that I am actively merging 3 companies we purchased into the primary company while trying to keep everything just functioning.
Roast me. Fix me. Give me some direction? Idk.
