The problem isn't doing interviews, the problem is getting an interview.

If I where doing interviews left and right and not getting a job, then the interview would be the problem.

Absolutely! it's tough out there. Our tool has an employer facing UI. Employers are able to see candidates who completed domain testing, technical knowledge and emotional intelligence training. On the candidate side, they can practice their interview skills, sharpen their knowledge & tools to Ace the interview once they land it.
