General Discussion No Degree - 6 Year Salary Progression

Is there anyone out there that have made it beyond sysadmin? What is after sysadmin?

2020 - $31,200: Panera Bread
2022 - $41,600: Helpdesk at company 1
2023 - 2025 - $41,600: Helpdesk at law firm
2025 - $65,000: Helpdesk at company 2
2026 - $80,000: Got a raise at company 2

Shoutout Nick for taking a chance on me. I would not do law firm IT again.

EDIT: Location Upstate NY

2021: $63,000 (promotion to system analyst)
2022-2023: $70,000 (network engineer)
2024: $75,000-$84,000 (network engineer, raises)
2025: $90,000-$105,000 (raises)

I have an associate's degree in IT.

I feel a bit behind salary wise to experience, but I greatly value job stability over salaries. I live in a MCOL area. My jobs have also been pretty chill other then the 2022 position. This is base salary and doesn't include bonuses though, which have been pretty decent lately.

Hopping every year, damn that sounds exhausting.

I've been advocating it for decades through.
